Welcome to CSLib

CSLib is a student-run group within the School of Electronics and Computer Science at Southampton University. It is targetted at enthusiastic members of the department who enjoy computers and technology and want a chance to do something more, to experiment and learn (and fix!). The goal of CSLib is to provide software and services for students in addition to those provided by the department. CSLib also supports a number of development projects and experimental ideas for improving undergraduate life in ECS.

CSLib is open to all ECS students, whether you just want to make use of what CSLib provides, or become an active and contributing member to CSLib and help be a part of the software and services that are provided.

If you want to find out more about what CSLib is, what it provides, what oppurtunities are available and how to get involved, please visit the About CSLib Page.

Suggestions

Is there some software or service you wish was available in ECS or CSLib? Is there an event you would like to see run?

With CSLib, you can be free to install or set up this software or event yourself by joining CSLib or you can suggest it as a project, service, software or event or post it as a suggestion on the forum and others will make it true!

You can help make ECS and CSLib better for everyone

Current Projects

Here is a brief list of all the current projects running in CSLib, with which everyone can get involved, no previous knowledge is needed, and it's a great chance to learn more and gain experience. If you want to see something that hasn't been thought of yet, you can get it started!
